For: Everyone. Providing information on alternative forms of transportation including walking, biking, transit, and rideshares.
UI Health Care Sleep Disorders
For: everyone. Providing expert help for better sleep with treatment for insomnia, sleep apnea, snoring, restless leg syndrome, and more. In-home sleep studies available.
Sleep Support from EAP
For: Faculty, staff, and postdocs. Offering help with sleep from sleep hygiene to CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia).
