Hope Box for Students
University Counseling Service has created a Virtual Hope Box for students. This box has lots of resources to help you destress, keep yourself safe, and learn how to cope with intense emotions.
Physical boxes are available as well.

EatWELL Food Demonstrations
liveWELL has partnered with the UI Master of Clinical Nutrition Program for 30-minute Zoom food demonstrations this summer. Learn to build healthy meals and snacks using foods from UI Health Care cafeterias across campus.
