The COPE team provides support to University of Iowa Health Care staff experiencing times of heightened stress.

This includes:
- Group support meeting for adverse events and cumulative stress
- Individual support (COPE Team on Epic Secure Chat)
- Peer Support Training 
- Other interactive presentations (by request) to foster healthcare professionals resilience
