Sleepio
Sleepio is a digital sleep improvement program based on cognitive behavioral techniques for insomnia (CBT-I).
Over the course of six sessions, your virtual sleep expert will teach you evidence-based cognitive and behavioral interventions, sleep hygiene education, and relaxation exercises.
To take advantage of Sleepio, you will have an initial consultation with an EAP counselor and have two additional sessions (in person or virtually) to support you through your sleep changes.
Sleepio is only available to faculty and staff.
SLEAP
EAP is available to meet in person to discuss sleep and simply strategize and discuss sleep improvements from sleep hygiene to CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia).

Eligibility
Permanent faculty and staff with 50 percent (half time) or greater appointments, postdocs, and medical residents. Spouses, partners, and insurance-eligible dependents living in Iowa are also eligible.
