This Diabetes Prevention Program is designed for individuals interested in strategies to eat healthier, become more active and reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. Employees must meet with a liveWELL health coach to receive a referral.

Intuitive Eating is an approach that teaches you how to create a healthy relationship with your food, mind, and body. It is based on 10 basic principles that invite you to a world of satisfying eating and a sense of freedom from dieting. The four-week workshop is free for students and will provide education, activities, practice, and support to improve your food and body image awareness. Register for the spring workshop starting Tuesdays, April 1–22 from 7–8:30 p.m.

Finn, a Whoodle (Wheaten Terrier/Poodle mix dog), has joined the UI Student Care and Assistance (SCA) team. Finn and his handler, Anna Holbrook, associate director of Student Care and Assistance, are fully trained and have started to meet with students.
