The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers free, confidential counseling and referrals for faculty and staff and their families. Counselors can help with job stress and conflicts, relationships and personal issues, family or parenting concerns, alcohol and substance dependency, and other needs.

Eligibility

Permanent faculty and staff with a 50% or greater appointment, postdocs, and medical residents. Spouses, partners, and insurance-eligible dependents living in Iowa are also eligible.
