University Human Resources' Organizational Effectiveness (OE) provides Team & Pairs Coaching.

Team coaching unearths unhealthy communication patterns, interpersonal conflicts, and silos, enabling teams to work through issues effectively together, with expert facilitation. Coaching is typically conducted via Zoom with some in-person opportunities available. A team coaching engagement includes three or four 90-minute sessions over a two-to-four-month period.
