Student leaders contribute to the culture of student life at the University of Iowa. They make decisions that define student priorities, help determine institutional values, and serve as role models for thousands of their peers. If well-trained, student leaders can be a resource for improving campus culture and climate.

The goal of ORG TIPs is to equip student leaders with a set of well-rounded skill set that covers strategic planning, operational management, financial stewardship, personal well-being, and effective organizational culture.
