Online Support for Students
Students now have access to a clinically moderated peer mental health support resource. Through Togetherall, students can engage with a global community of peers, giving and receiving peer support in a safe and anonymous online environment, available 24/7/365.

Hope Box for Students
University Counseling Service has created a Virtual Hope Box for students. This box has lots of resources to help you destress, keep yourself safe, and learn how to cope with intense emotions.
Physical boxes are available as well.

Discover Your University
Discover Your University helps Iowa faculty and staff discover great things happening around campus. The program offers sponsored visits to various campus sites during normal working hours, providing opportunities to learn about innovative programs.
